A proposal for a Garden Village of more than 2,000 homes, including an A24 relief road for Kingsfold, West Sussex. The master plan provides a 75,000 sq m business park extension to the Broadlands Campus, a new rail station, primary school, elderly care provision, local shops, rewilding substantial areas of green space and new bus, foot and cycleway accessibility.
